Authenticity in Business Deals with Dov Baron

There is great need to have a clear understanding of what drives you in negotiations and deals. Dov contrasts this with his own approach, stating that he always aims to serve the soul of both sides of a negotiation.

THE “WHY” QUESTION

It’s important to know, there is intensity and depth of the work involved in discovering one's purpose, emphasizing that it is not for those who are merely interested, but for those who are fully committed and willing to let go of a part of themselves. After all, all beliefs can be challenged, and Dov encourages entrepreneurs to question their beliefs and consider any and all alternative perspectives.
